Foil often uses metals that are soft and malleable, such as aluminum, copper, tin, and gold. Metallic foil is usually easy to bend and tear. The Foil effect give much effect in printing result and that make product getting more premium and over printed capability to achieve colors customer needed. Lamination.
Lamination is a technique/process of making a material in multiple layers, so that a composite material achieves increased strength, stability, sound insulation, appearance, or other properties from the use of different materials, such as plastics. This lamination make good covering in printing result from outside condition that impact in printing result.
Bopp Film.
Biaxially Oriented PolyPropylene (BOPP Film) is the film that has been stretched both mechanically and also in manually using cross direction technique. Due to its advantages this film has become one of the most popular and highly demanded films all across the globe. To be supplied with doff and Gloss material with over printing capability or not ( depend on customer need ). BOPP Film lamination are the solution getting less cost with medium and long run lamination application in label printing business. Inmold Label.
In-mold labeling (IML) is a labeling method in which a pre-printed film is applied to a mold before the plastic container. Plastic pellets or resin are then heated and placed into the mold where it merges with the label to create a final, single product.
